Roadside Assistance

We will provide assistance and troubleshoot the problems aimed to provide the most practical solutions. In most common breakdown callouts, we will fix the flat tyre, or replace the flat tyre with the vehicle’s serviceable spare or jump-starting a flat battery. Where appropriate, this may also include providing practical tips or advice, on a reasonable endeavours basis, in relation to simple Vehicle operation, any safety warnings or lights that may appear or practical information regarding the Vehicle.

Minor Automotive Repairs

We will arrange for breakdown related repairs to be carried out provided it is safe and practical to do so at the vehicle breakdown site. The cost of repairs, including replacement parts, (tyre) repair kits, and labours will be your responsibility and you will be informed before repair is carried out. However, if major repair is needed you will be provided with practical tips on towing your vehicle to the nearest or your desired repairer for repair with the cost of repair and towing will be your responsibility.
